Adult Driver's Training
Adults (18 years and older) have no state requirement for training. We, however, do suggest driver training to ALL adults. Our adult driver's training can be tailored to what you need to become a safe and respected driver. Your training will be one on one with an instructor. Although our goal is to enhance your driving abilities, we cannot guarantee you will pass the license knowledge or skills testing.
Course Options
ADULT 6-HOUR COURSE - $400
This course is for a person with no formal training and/or no experience driving. This course will provide enough time to prepare for the written exam and all hours left will be used in the car. You are restricted to no more than 2 hours per drive and a valid driver’s permit is required.
INCLUDES:
- Up to a total of 6-hours of training
- 3 attempts at the state written test
- 2 attempt at the state skills test
ADULT 3-HOUR COURSE - $250
This course is for a person with some training and driving experience but still feels uncomfortable. This 3-hour course will be used to train in the car. Each drive is restricted to 1 hour at a time and a valid driver’s permit is required.
INCLUDES:
- Up to a total of 3-hours of training
- 3 attempts at the state written test
- 2 attempt at the state skills test
DRIVE TRAINING - 1/2-HOUR - $40 / 1-HOUR - $80
The participant still must have a valid driver’s permit to drive.
Adult Training Registration Form
All fees and tuition are non-refundable and must be paid to reserve your appointment time. Tuition for the adult training course is valid for 120 days from the date of registration. Any hours not completed after 120 days will be void.
Any person failing to show up or arriving 10 or more minutes late for a scheduled appointment will be assessed a $40 fee for “no-show”.
DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ID/PERMIT, AND VERIFY THE PERMIT WITH AN ADULT AT THE TIME OF THE PRACTICE DRIVE.
